- Meta’s tools and products. We may from time to time use Facebook Ads, Meta Pixel, and communications on our website. With its help, we can keep track of what users do after they see or click on a Facebook advertisement. This enables us to monitor the effectiveness of Facebook ads for purposes of statistics and market research. Data collected in this way is anonymous to us, which means we cannot see the personal data of individual users. However, this data is saved and processed by Meta. You have the right to access information held about you and receive a free copy of the data we process about you. Any additional access request will be subject to a fee of USD 10,00 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

The personal information you provide to us is only kept for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, taking into account our need to resolve customer service issues, comply with legal requirements and provide new or improved products and services to users. This means that we may retain your personal information for a reasonable period after you have stopped using our website. After this period, your personal information will be deleted without notice.
